Hytruck wins prestigious Innovation Award
The Dutch Hytruck demo-project was pronounced winner of the European Road Transport Innovation Award 2007 during the official opening ceremony of The European Road Transport Show that recently took place at Amsterdam RAI.

Hytruck, a hydrogen-powered city distribution vehicle, was one of the five award nominees. It found the favour of the jury due to its refreshing new concept and for being a zero-emission transport solution.
Treshold
According to the chairman of the jury, Henk Nooteboom, the flexible nature of the drive concept allows the technology to be used on a wide range of vehicles, lowering the threshold for using fuel cells. “Its efficient load potential of 3.4 tons makes this 7.5-ton vehicle a realistic mode of transport that deserves our support.”

European Road Transport Show (TERTS) was visited by approximately 150,000 people and is the number one European transport exhibition.
