What must come first, infrastructure or hydrogen fuel cell cars? In Berlin the Clean Energy Partnership (CEP) is working on the first. Expansion to Hamburg is foreseen. Good reason for motor companies to be optimistic.
The Clean Energy Partnership (CEP) is a consortium of Aral, BMW, Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), DaimlerChrysler, Ford, GM/Opel, Hydro, Linde, TOTAL, Vattenfall Europe and Volkswagen AG. Currently, CEP is concentrated in the Berlin area, but plans for activities in Hamburg are under developmend.
