Th!ink: new concept, attracts investment
Th!ink is paving the way with the market launch of its City model, the introduction of a new concept vehicle and a serious investment from industry giant General Electrics.
At last October's UITP meeting on sustainability and carsharing we've listened to an inspiring presentation by Michael Eimstad about Th!nk's plans to conquer the world and his vision on opportunities for electric vehicles to penetrate the market.
At the Geneva auto show, the Th!ink City was launched to the market, while at the same time a new 5-seater concept car (Ox) was presented. Lots of good ideas and even more credible after today's announcement that A123Systems and Th!ink signed a production contract for lithium-ion batteries, complemented with GE's promise to invest $4 M. When can we drive one?!
